Ingredients:
2 tbspButter or margarine
2 cupOregon hazelnuts
-- (about 8 oz.)
1 tspSalt
1/4 cupSugar
Procedures:
1Melt butter in skillet and add hazelnuts.
2Stir over medium heat, until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
3Add salt and sugar and stir for another 8 to 10 minutes longer, or until sugar carmelizes over hazelnuts.
