| lbs | Lean Ground Beef | | 1
| cup | Regular Rice, Uncooked | | 2
| tsp | Chicken Bouillon, Instant | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 3
| tbsp | Peanut Butter, Chunky | | 1
| | Onion, Sliced, Md | | 2 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1
| tsp | Curry Powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Ginger | | 1/2
| cup | Raisins | | 1
| tbsp | Honey |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook and stir the meat and onion in a large skillet until the onion is tender and the meat is brown. | | 2 | Drain off the excess fat. | | 3 | Stir in the remaining ingredients. | | 4 | To cook in a skillet: heat the mixture to boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender, about 35 minutes. | | 5 | (a small amount of water can be added if necessary). | | 6 | To cook in the oven: turn the mixture into an ungreased 2-quart casserole. | | 7 | Cover and bake at 350 °F., stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender, about 50 to 60 minutes. | | 8 | (a small amount of water can be added if necessary). |
