2 eachCANNED CHIPOTLE CHILIES
1 tspGARLIC POWDER
1/2 tspCUMIN
2 tspOREGANO
1/2 tspBLACK PEPPER
2 tbspWINE VINEGAR
1/2 tspSALT
Procedures:
1Juice the lime and orange.
2Finely chop the chilies.
3Place juice, garlic, chilies and remaining ingredients in blender.
4Puree until smooth.
5Makes enough marinade for about 2 lbs.
