Almond pumpkin pie

Ingredients:
1 (9-in) unbaked pastry shell
16 ozPumpkin (2 cups)
14 ozSweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
1 tspAlmond extract
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
6 ozAlmond brickle chips OR
1 cupAlmonds, toasted and finely
-chopped
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425?
2In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell and brickle chips; mix well.
3Stir in ?cup brickle chips.
4Pour into pastry shell.
5Top with remaining brickle chips.
6Bake 15 minutes.
7Reduce oven temperature to 350? bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
8Cool.
9Garnish as desired.
