Ingredients:

| | (9-in) unbaked pastry shell | | 16
| oz | Pumpkin (2 cups) | | 14
| oz | Sweetened condensed milk | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1
| tsp | Almond extract | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon | | 6
| oz | Almond brickle chips OR | | 1
| cup | Almonds, toasted and finely | | | -chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 425? | | 2 | In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell and brickle chips; mix well. | | 3 | Stir in ?cup brickle chips. | | 4 | Pour into pastry shell. | | 5 | Top with remaining brickle chips. | | 6 | Bake 15 minutes. | | 7 | Reduce oven temperature to 350? bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. | | 8 | Cool. | | 9 | Garnish as desired. | | 10 | Refrigerate leftovers |
