Amaretto peach pie

Ingredients:
6 cupSliced peaches
1 eachWhole wheat double pie crust
1/8 cupHoney
1/4 cupButter
1/4 cupMaple syrup
1/2 tspArrowroot
1/3 cupAmaretto
3 tbspFlour
3 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspNutmeg
Procedures:
1Place peaches in bottom of 9-inch pie crust.
2In saucepan, heat together honey, butter, and maple syrup until just melted.
3Stir in arrowroot; mixture will thicken.
4Add amaretto, flour, lemon juice and nutmeg.
5Pour liquid over peaches.
6Cover with top pie crust.
7Seal edges and cut small holes in top crust.
8Bake at 350 °F for 60 minutes or until pie is golden brown and bubbling at holes.
