| 1 | Place peaches in bottom of 9-inch pie crust. |
| 2 | In saucepan, heat together honey, butter, and maple syrup until just melted. |
| 3 | Stir in arrowroot; mixture will thicken. |
| 4 | Add amaretto, flour, lemon juice and nutmeg. |
| 5 | Pour liquid over peaches. |
| 6 | Cover with top pie crust. |
| 7 | Seal edges and cut small holes in top crust. |
| 8 | Bake at 350 °F for 60 minutes or until pie is golden brown and bubbling at holes. |
