Ingredients:
2 cupCooked pheasant, cut in
1-inch bites
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1 canCream of chicken soup
1/2 Jar Medium salsa
1 cupSour cream
1 cupCheddar cheese, grated
1 cupMonterey Jack cheese, grated
1 Onion, chopped
1 packCorn tortillas cut in strips
Procedures:
1Combine pheasant, soups, onion, salsa, sour cream and ?cheese.
2Layer mixture with tortilla strips.
3Top with remaining cheese.
