Mexican won ton

Ingredients:

FILLING
3/4 lbsGround meat (beef, pork
-turkey)
1 canBlack beans, drained
1 Packet TACO seasoning mix
1/2 lbsShredded cheddar cheese
1 tbspGarlic powder
1 bunchGreen onions (scallions)
-chopped
4 tspCayenne pepper
2 packAzumaya Won Ton Wrappers
Procedures:
1Saute ground meat over medium heat until no longer pink.
2Sprinkle on garlic powder, cayenne and taco seasoning mix.
3Stir well.
4Add drained black beans.
5Mix thoroughly; remove from heat.
6When meat mixture has cooled to room temperature, stir in cheese and onions.
7To make won ton: place a teaspoon of the mixture onto the middle of each won ton wrapper.
8Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold the wrappers over to form triangles, and seal the edges, pinching them together.
9Moisten bottom side of left corner and upper side of right corner.
10Fold left corner up toward you, and fold right corner over left; seal together.
11Fry several won tons at a time in hot oil (375 °F) until golden brown.
12Drain well on paper towels.
13Serve with fresh mexican salsa or guacamole.
