Ingredients:

| kg | Ground pork | | 3
| tsp | Salt | | 5
| tbsp | Potato flour | | 3/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground nutmegs | | 1/4
| tsp | Ginger | | 5
| dl | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Ground pork: use a blend of minced fat and lean pork. | | 2 | Should contain about 20% fat. | | 3 | Milk: should be high in fat. | | 4 | Potato flour: i guess corn starch will do just as well. | | 5 | Mix the meat with salt until sticky. | | 6 | Add flour and spices. | | 7 | Add milk, a little a time. | | 8 | Be sure the meat gets sticky between each time you add milk. | | 9 | The resulting blend should not be too firm. | | 10 | Make balls the size of a small child"s fist. | | 11 | Fry in a hot frying pan, when the are chestnut brown put them in simmering water or broth. | | 12 | Takes about ten minutes to get finished. |
