| 1 | Saute onions in large pot with half the butter for 5 minutes. |
| 2 | Add mushrooms and crushed garlic along with dill, paprika, stock and tamari. |
| 3 | Simmer covered for 15 minutes. |
| 4 | in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour. |
| 5 | Whisk while heating for 2 minutes, then add milk. |
| 6 | Stir often for 10 minutes or until thick. |
| 7 | Combine mushroom mixture with sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. |
| 8 | Add sour cream. |
| 9 | Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste before serving. |
