| tsp | Caraway seeds | | 1
| | Bay leaf | | 1/4
| tsp | Cracked black pepper | | 3/4
| cup | Plus | | 2
| tbsp | Dark brown sugar | | 1
| med | Onion, sliced | | 1
| | Tart apple, sliced | | 1
| can | Stewedtomatoes (14 ?oz.) | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Instant blending flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim excess fat from meat. | | 2 | Cut into 1-inch cubes. | | 3 | Place meat in microsafe dish. | | 4 | Cover. | | 5 | Microwave at high (100%) power for 5 minutes. | | 6 | Drain sauerkraut well in sieve, pressing with spoon to remove excess liquid. | | 7 | Spread sauerkraut over beef. | | 8 | Sprinkle with caraway seeds. | | 9 | Add bay leaf and pepper. | | 10 | Sprinkle with brown sugar. | | 11 | Add onion and apple. | | 12 | Pour tomatoes over all. | | 13 | Cover. | | 14 | Microwave @ medium | | 15 | Sprinkle with instant blending flour. | | 16 | Stir. | | 17 | Cover. | | 18 | Microwave at high power for 2 minutes. stir. serve |
