Ingredients:
11 ozMandarin orange segments
- well drained
8 ozCrushed pineapple
- well drained
1 cupMilk
1 packVanilla pudding and pie mix
-(instant, 4-serving size)
1 cupNon-dairy whipped topping
- thawed
1/2 cupMOUNDS Sweetened Coconut
-Flakes
1 Packaged crumb crust (6 oz)
OPTIONAL
Additional whipped topping

Procedures:
1Chop orange segments.
2Lightly press orange pieces and pineapple between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
3In medium bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; stir well.
4Add whipped topping, stir well.
5Add coconut, oranges and pineapple; stir well.
6Pour into crust.
7Cover; refrigerate until firm enough to cut, 6 hours or overnight.
8Cover; store in refrigerator.
9Garnish with additional whipped topping and coconut, if desired.
