Mexican-style meat loaf

Ingredients:
No-stick corn oil cooking
Spray
1 lbsExtra-lean ground turkey
3/4 lbsGround beef sirloin
2 Green onions, chopped
3/4 tspSalt
3/4 tspGround cumin
1/2 tspDried marjoram or oregano
1/4 tspFreshly ground black pepper
1 cupFresh bread crumbs
7 ozJar sweet roasted red pepper
Drained and chopped
1 Egg white
1/2 cupCanned black beans, drained
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Lightly coat an 8x5x3 inch loaf baking pan with no-stick corn oil cooking spray; set aside.
3In a large bowl, combine the extra-lean ground turkey, ground sirloin, green onions, salt, cumin, marjoram or oregano, black pepper, bread crumbs, red pepper, egg white and black beans.
4Mix with your hands or a sturdy spatula to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
5Pack into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes.
6Remove from heat and allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.
7Cut into 1 inch slices
