| 1 | Peel and slice peaches. |
| 2 | Simmer in orange juice with nutmeg (cinnamon might be good too). |
| 3 | Puree, adding also as you puree: ?large cantaloupe. |
| 4 | taste the resulting "soup". |
| 5 | Thin with orange juice if it seems too thick, add a touch of honey or sugar if your fruit wasn"t sweet enough for your taste. |
| 6 | Chill. |
| 7 | serve garnished with handfuls of fresh blueberries. |
