Ingredients:
| 1/2
| small | Onion , diced | | 2
| cl | Garlic , diced | | 1/3
| cup | Fresh cilantro , diced | | 1/2
| tbsp | Butter , or oil | | 2
| | Tomatoes , diced | | 6
| | Perogys , 2 of which are | | | -diced | | | Dash of tabasco |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: leroux@cs.ubc.ca | | 2 | Add onion, garlic, | | 3 | and cilantro and fry until soft. | | 4 | Add tomatos. | | 5 | Turn heat down to just below medium. | | 6 | Fry some more, for a minute or so, then add 1.5 cups of water. | | 7 | Take 2 of the perogys and chop "em up into little bits. | | 8 | Add all of | | 9 | the perogys to the soup, and a small dash of tobasco. | | 10 | Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 11 | Enjoy. |
