Pho (beef noodle soup)

Ingredients:
1 lbsStewing beef
2 Veal bones
3 Onions
2 Garlic cloves
3 quartWater
1 tbspSalt
1/4 tspWhite pepper
1 tspAnchovy paste
1 tspVinegar
1 cupFlour
1 Egg
1/4 cupWater
Procedures:
1Cook the meat, bones, onions, garlic, water, salt and pepper together over medium heat for 2 hours.
2Strain.
3Stir in the anchovy paste and vinegar.
4mix the flour, egg and water together.
5Knead until very smooth.
6Force the mixture through the holes of a colander into the boiling soup.
7Cook ten minutes or until noodles are tener.
8Cut the meat in small pieces and serve in the soup.
