| | Clove garlic, minced | | 3/4
| tsp | Dried basil | | 3/4
| tsp | Dried oregano | | 4
| | Thin rounds Italian bread | | | -toasted | | 4
| slice | Part-skim-milk mozarella | | | -cheese (1 ounce each) |

Procedures:
