Ingredients:
1 1/2 quartGround beef
4 1/2 quartApples, chopped
1 quartWater
1 1/2 lbsRaisins
1 1/2 quartMaple syrup
10 tspCinnamon
2 tspPepper
2 tspSalt
9 Cloves
4 Ts nutmeg
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients.
2Cook over very low heat until apples are soft and mixture is very thick.
3May be canned or frozen.
