Milwaukee pork stew

Ingredients:
2 lbsBoneless Pork, cubed
All-Purpose Flour
Salt
Pepper
2 tbspOil
4 Onions, sliced
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/4 cupParsley, chopped
1 tspCaraway seed
14 1/4 ozChicken Stock
12 ozBeer
2 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
1 tbspBrown Sugar
Procedures:
1Combine salt, pepper and flour.
2Dredge pork in flour mixture.
3Heat oil in deep skillet.
4Rown pork; add onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
5Pour off any drippings.
6Stir in parsley, caraway seed, bay, stock, beer, vinegar and sugar.
7Cover and simmer for 1 ?hours, or until pork is very tender.
8Stir occasionally.
9Serving suggestion: serve with buttered noodles, rye bread, and cabbage slaw.
