| lbs | Boneless Pork, cubed | | | All-Purpose Flour | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Oil | | 4
| | Onions, sliced | | 1
| | Clove Garlic, minced | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Caraway seed | | 14 1/4
| oz | Chicken Stock | | 12
| oz | Beer | | 2
| tbsp | Red Wine Vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Brown Sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine salt, pepper and flour. | | 2 | Dredge pork in flour mixture. | | 3 | Heat oil in deep skillet. | | 4 | Rown pork; add onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes. | | 5 | Pour off any drippings. | | 6 | Stir in parsley, caraway seed, bay, stock, beer, vinegar and sugar. | | 7 | Cover and simmer for 1 ?hours, or until pork is very tender. | | 8 | Stir occasionally. | | 9 | Serving suggestion: serve with buttered noodles, rye bread, and cabbage slaw. |
