Quick beef minestrone

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsGround beef
16 ozFrozen Italian mixed
Vegetables
2 canWater
2 cupShredded cabbage
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 canCondenced tomato soup
1 tspDried basil
1/2 cupUncooked elbow macaroni
Procedures:
1In a soup pot, cook beef until well browned.
2Drain off fat.
3Stir in frozen vegetables, undiluted soup, water and basil.
4Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
5Simmer 15 minutes.
6Stir in cabbage and elbow macaroni.
7Cook until tender.
8Sprinkle with grated cheese.
