| 1 | Heat oven to 425 °F. |
| 2 | In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. |
| 3 | Add mushrooms; stir until tender. |
| 4 | Add wine; cook 2-3 min. stir in green onions, thyme, salt and pepper. |
| 5 | Remove from skillet; cool. |
| 6 | Place steaks in skillet; cook 3 minutes over med-high heat, turning once. |
| 7 | (steaks will be partially cooked. |
| 8 | Do not overcook). |
| 9 | Season with salt and pepper as desired. |
| 10 | On flat surface, layer phyllo dough, spraying each sheet thoroughly with cooking spray. |
| 11 | Cut stacked layers to make 4 equal squares. |
| 12 | Place about 2 tbsp. of mushroom mixture in center of phyllo squares. |
| 13 | Place steaks on mushroom mixture. |
| 14 | Bring together all 4 corners of phyllo dough; twist tightly to close. |
| 15 | Lightly spray each with cooking spray; place on greased baking sheet. |
| 16 | Immediately bake in preheated over 9-10 min. or until golden brown. |
| 17 | Let stand 5 min. serve immediately. |
| 18 | Serving suggestion: twice baked potatoes and sauteed asparagus with red bell pepper strips. |
| 19 | Serves 4 in 40 minutes. |
