Lemon thyme cake

Ingredients:
1 cupButter
1 cupSugar
3 Lemons, grated zest of
4 Eggs
3 cupFlour
1 tbspBaking Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupFresh Thyme, chopped
1 cupMilk
GLAZE
1 cupLemon Juice, mixed with
1/2 cupPowdered Sugar
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Butter and flour a 9" bundt pan.
3Cream butter with sugar and lemon zest.
4Beat in eggs one at a time.
5Sift flour with baking powder and salt; stir in thyme.
6Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
7Pour into the prepared pan.
8Bake 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9Turn out onto a rack and spoon glaze over the hot cake.
