Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground beef
1 cupWild rice uncooked
1/2 lbsFresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cupGreen pepper, chopped
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1 1/2 cupCelery, chopped
3 tbspLow sodium soy sauce
2 tspLow solt beef bouilon
1 1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Rinse and soak wild rice in hot water for up to 3 hours.
2Drain.
3In a 4 quart saucepan, cover rice with water, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
4Drain any excess water.
5Brown ground beef in a nonstick skillet.
6Drain any fat or juices Combine cooked ground beef with remaining ingredients in a large casserole dish.
7Mix thoroughly.
8Cover and bake 1 hour at 350* f.
9Uncover and bake 15 additional minutes
