Ingredients:

| | Cloves garlic, minced | | 28
| oz | Can Tomato Puree | | 1 1/2
| cup | Onions, chopped | | 1 1/2
| cup | Green pepper, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Oregano chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley Chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Basil Chopped | | 3
| lbs | Hot Italian Sausage 1"chunks | | | Parmesan Cheese | | | Rotelli Macaroni | | 1
| cup | Red Wine | | 1
| cup | Celery with tops chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook the sausage in a large soup pot. | | 2 | Brown well on all sides. | | 3 | Remove the meat and reserve enough fat to saute the onions, pepper, celery and garlic. | | 4 | Saute until the onions are translucent. | | 5 | Add the meat and the rest of the ingredients except the cheese and macaroni. | | 6 | Simmer about 1 hour and serve with cooked rotelli and parmesan cheese. |
