Shrimp and mushroom chowder

Ingredients:
1/2 lbsCooked shrimp , tiny, cooked
1/2 lbsMushrooms , sliced
1 medOnion , chopped
2 tbspMargarine
1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
2 cupClam broth
1/2 cupDry white wine
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspThyme
1/2 tspDill weed
1/4 tspMace , or nutmeg
1/2 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1Recipe by: my great recipes preparation time: 0:30 purhcase cleaned, shelled shrimp, or rinse frozen shrimp under cold water to remove frost.
2Drain well.
3saute mushrooms and onion in margarine for 2 minutes, or until onion is
4tender.
5Stir in flour.
6Cook 1 minute over medium heat.
7stir in broth, juice or stock.
8add the wine, if used, and bring to a boil.
9Add salt, thyme, dillw eed
10and mace or nutmeg.
11Mix well.
12add shrimp.
13Cook until heated through.
14Stir in cream just before serving.
15Heat, but do not boil.
16garnish soup if desired, with a few thin slices of uncooked mushroom and a small sprig of fresh parsley or dill, if available.
