| | Bay Leaf | | 1
| | Clove Garlic, Minced | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/2
| cup | Tomato Sauce | | 4
| med | Potatoes Cubed | | 2
| | Carrots, Sliced | | | Salt And Pepper To Taste |

Procedures:
