Ingredients:
4 tbspOil
3 tbspWine Vinegar
1 1/2 lbsBeef Stew Meat
1 cupRed Wine
1 medOnion Minced
1 Bay Leaf
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 tspOregano
1/2 cupTomato Sauce
4 medPotatoes Cubed
2 Carrots, Sliced
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Procedures:
1Saute onion and garlic in oil.
2Add every thing except potatoes and carrots to large pot.
3Cover tightly and simmer 1 ?hours until meat is thoroughly tender.
4Half an hour before meat is ready add carrots and potatoes
