Mom's meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 cupBread crumbs
3/4 cupOnion, minced
1/4 tbspGarlic powder
2 lbsMeat, ground
-(I often use
-a combination of
-beef and lamb)
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tbspHorseradish
1 pinchSalt
1/4 cupMilk or water
1 tbspMustard, dry
3/4 cupCatsup
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except for about ?cup of the catsup.
2Place into a loaf pan, or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet.
3Spread the reserved catsup on top of the loaf.
4Bake at 400 °F.
5For 40 minutes.
6Notes: * a nice, simple meatloaf -- this is the meatloaf my mother makes.
7Where she got the recipe, who knows? probably from her mother....
8I think it"s the best meatloaf in the world (and i"m sure you think your meatloaf is the best!).
9Yield: serves : difficulty: easy.
10: time: 10 minutes preparation, 45 minutes cooking and cooling.
