| | Green onion-cut into 1"piece | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Fish sauce | | 1/2
| tsp | White vinegar | | 1/8
| tsp | MSG-OPTIONAL | | 1/2
| tsp | Cornstarch-disolved in ?c | | | Vegetable oil |

Procedures:
