Ingredients:
400 gramsLean pork
400 gramsLean beef
200 gramsGreen pork back fat or fatty
Pork belly without skin
20 gramsSalt
2 Level tsps finely ground
White pepper
1 tspThyme
1 tspMarjoram
5 Pieces pimento
1 Piece finely ground
Cinnamon
Procedures:
1Mince pork, beef and fat through 8mm disc.
2Mix herbs and spices and sprinkle over meat mass and mix all together by hand for 5-10 mins.
3Fit funnel to mixer and fill pork casings.
