Procedures:
| 1 | Fry onion, brown in butter. | | 2 | Sear steak on both sides in butter with onion. | | 3 | Cover and let simmer for ?hour. | | 4 | When meat is almost tender, add mushrooms and the flour stirred into the cream. | | 5 | Cover and let simmer 20 minutes |
