Moose meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround moose meat*
1 Egg, lightly beaten
4 tbspCornstarch, divided
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspOnion, chopped
1 tbspCooking oil
3 tbspVinegar
1 8 oz can pineapple chunks
1/2 cupSugar
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 medGreen pepper, cut into strip
Hot cooked wide egg noodles
Procedures:
1If moose meat isn"t available in your area, ground beef can be substituted.
2In a bowl, combine meat, egg, 1 tablepsoon cornstarch, salt, pepper and onion.
3Shape into 1-?inch balls.
4In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil.
5Cover and cook over low heat until the meatballs are done, about 10 minutes.
6In a saucepan, stir vinegar and remaining cornstarch until smooth.
7Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
8Set pineapple aside.
9Add enough water to juice to equal 1-?cups; stir into vinegar mixture.
10Add sugar and soy sauce; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
11Add the meatballs, pineapple and green pepper; cook until heated through and the green pepper is tender.
12Serve over noodles
