Sloppy al's tofu (just for you, al)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsRegular tofu, frozen, thawed
-and squeezed
3 tbspOil
1 largeOnion, diced
2 medGreen peppers, seeded and
-diced
30 ozSpanish style tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbspChili powder
1 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1/2 tspDried oregano
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspPrepared mustard
1 tbspSugar
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
3 tbspOil
Procedures:
1Prepare tofu and set aside.
2In a large skillet, saute the onion and peppers in 3 tablespoons oil until just tender.
3Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, oregano, soy sauce, mustard and sugar.
4Stir and simmer for 20 ~25 minutes.
5Heat the other 3 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet and add tofu and worcestershire sauce.
6Stir until tofu is nicely browned and worcestershire sauce is absorbed.
7Add tomato sauce mixture and simmer another 5 minutes.
8Serve over sandwich buns with plenty of green salad.
