| | Leg of lamb | | | Garlic, slivered | | | Lemon juice | | | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice bottom of leg; make slits in lamb and insert as many slivers of garlic as possible, till bottom is as covered as can be. | | 2 | Cover with lemon juice and salt. | | 3 | Place lamb on rack in pan with a little water to steam. | | 4 | Cook at 325 °F.; don"t baste or turn. | | 5 | (use leftovers in shepherd"s pie! |
