Ingredients:

| lbs | Moose round steak | | 1/2
| | Can water | | | Flour | | | -1-inch pieces | | 2
| cup | Water | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| | Can tomato soup diluted with | | | Meat tenderizer | | 3
| | Stalks celery, sliced in | | 1/2
| cup | Shortening | | 1
| | Green pepper, chopped | | 1
| med | Onion, chopped | | 1/4
| tsp | Basil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut meat in serving-size pieces. | | 2 | Sprinkle on meat tenderizer. | | 3 | Dust meat with flour and rub it in. brown on both sides in hot shortening. | | 4 | Place in baking disk and add water, salt and pepper. | | 5 | Bake in 325 degree oven 2 hours. | | 6 | Add remaining ingredients, and more water if necessary. | | 7 | Bake 1 hour more, or until meat and celery are tender. | | 8 | Removed meat from pan. | | 9 | Stir pan juices, scraping sides and bottom. | | 10 | Use this as a gravy to be served with meat or on mashed potatoes |
