Moose swiss steak

Ingredients:
3 lbsMoose round steak
1/2 Can water
Flour
-1-inch pieces
2 cupWater
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBlack pepper
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 Can tomato soup diluted with
Meat tenderizer
3 Stalks celery, sliced in
1/2 cupShortening
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 medOnion, chopped
1/4 tspBasil
Procedures:
1Cut meat in serving-size pieces.
2Sprinkle on meat tenderizer.
3Dust meat with flour and rub it in. brown on both sides in hot shortening.
4Place in baking disk and add water, salt and pepper.
5Bake in 325 degree oven 2 hours.
6Add remaining ingredients, and more water if necessary.
7Bake 1 hour more, or until meat and celery are tender.
8Removed meat from pan.
9Stir pan juices, scraping sides and bottom.
10Use this as a gravy to be served with meat or on mashed potatoes
