Ingredients:
1/2 lbsBeef tenderloin
MARINADE
1 tspSugar
1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspBaking soda
2 tspCornstarch
1 tbspWater, cold
1 tbspOil
1 lbsBroccoli
15 Scallion, piece (? long)
15 Ginger, piece
SEASONING SAUCE
1/2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspOyster sauce
1/2 tbspWine
1 tspSugar
1/2 tspCornstarch
2 cupOil
Procedures:
1Slice the beef across the grain into 1 inch slices.
2Place in a bowl.
3Add the sugar, soy sauce, baking soda, cornstarch and cold water.
4Mix well.
5Then add 1 t of oil and marinate for half an hour at least.
