| cup | Soy Sauce | | 3/4
| cup | Vinegar, white | | 1
| each | Garlic head | | 2
| each | Bay Leaves | | 1/2
| tbsp | Peppercorns | | | Salt, to taste |
|
Procedures:
| 1 | Boil chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns and simmer for half an hour. | | 2 | Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and broil them in a pan for 10 minutes. | | 3 | Let the sauce in the pot boil until it is reduced by half. | | 4 | Add salt to taste. | | 5 | Cover the broiled chicken pieces with the sauce. | | 6 | Serve hot. | | 7 | Serve with rice. | | 8 | Note: i find this dish doesn"t need any salt as the soy sauce is salty enough. | | 9 | I also remove the chicken skins. | | 10 | Mark soennichsen |
