Adobong manok (chicken adobo)

Ingredients:
3 lbsChicken pieces
1/2 cupSoy Sauce
3/4 cupVinegar, white
1 eachGarlic head
2 eachBay Leaves
1/2 tbspPeppercorns
Salt, to taste
Procedures:
1Boil chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns and simmer for half an hour.
2Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and broil them in a pan for 10 minutes.
3Let the sauce in the pot boil until it is reduced by half.
4Add salt to taste.
5Cover the broiled chicken pieces with the sauce.
6Serve hot.
7Serve with rice.
8Note: i find this dish doesn"t need any salt as the soy sauce is salty enough.
9I also remove the chicken skins.
