Ingredients:
4 Skinned, boned chicken
Breast halves
1/4 cupFresh lime juice
1/4 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupWesson Oil
2 tbspChili powder
1/2 tspSalt
Commercial salsa
Procedures:
1Place chicken in a large shallow dish.
2Combine lime juice and next four ingredients; pour over chicken, turning to coat.
3Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
4remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
5Grill over medium-hot coatls (350 to 400°F) for 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
6Serve with salsa.
