Ingredients:

| large | Red peppers | | 1/3
| cup | Lemon juice | | 2
| large | Green peppers | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped Italian parsley | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Dried oregano | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 3 1/2
| lbs | Broiler/fryer chicken |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except chicken and vegetables. | | 2 | Add chicken and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once. | | 3 | Drain and bake chicken at 400 °F for 35 minutes. | | 4 | Cut peppers into ?inch thick rings. | | 5 | Saute 8 minutes. | | 6 | Spoon peppers around chicken. | | 7 | Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
