Beer and pretzels chicken-perdue

Ingredients:
-The Perdue Chicken Cookbook
1 Perdue chicken, cut-up
1/3 cupFlour
1 tspPaprika
2 tspSalt
1/4 tspGinger
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 cupBeer
1 Egg
1/2 cupFinely crushed pretzels
1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese
1/4 cupCrushed bacon bits
1 tbspDried parsley flakes
Procedures:
1Mix flour, paprika, salt, ginger and pepper in a mixing bowl.
2Add beer and egg, beat with a hand mixer to make smooth batter.
3Mix crushed pretzels, parmesan cheese, bacon bits and parsley in plastic bag.
4Dip chicken pieces one at a time in batter, the place in bag with pretzels mix and shake to coat.
5Place coated chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up.
6Bake, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes.
7Remove cover.
8Continue baking, uncovered, approximately 30 mnutes longer, or until done
