Beer batter chicken

Ingredients:
1 cupUnsifted flour
1 tbspPaprika
1/2 tspSalt
1 Qt. corn oil
1 cupBeer
3 lbsChicken, cut in
-parts
Procedures:
1In large bowl, stir together first 3 ingredients.
2Pour corn oil into heavy 3 qt. saucepan or deep fryer, filling no more than 1/3 full.
3Heat over medium heat to 375 degrees.
4When ready to fry, gradually stir beer into flour mixture until smooth.
5Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into batter; shake off excess.
6Fry,a few pieces at a time, turning occasionally, 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is tender.
7Drain on paper towels.
8Keep warm while frying remaining pieces.
9Makes 4 servings.
