Ingredients:

| cup | Unsifted flour | | 1
| tbsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| | Qt. corn oil | | 1
| cup | Beer | | 3
| lbs | Chicken, cut in | | | -parts |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large bowl, stir together first 3 ingredients. | | 2 | Pour corn oil into heavy 3 qt. saucepan or deep fryer, filling no more than 1/3 full. | | 3 | Heat over medium heat to 375 degrees. | | 4 | When ready to fry, gradually stir beer into flour mixture until smooth. | | 5 | Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into batter; shake off excess. | | 6 | Fry,a few pieces at a time, turning occasionally, 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is tender. | | 7 | Drain on paper towels. | | 8 | Keep warm while frying remaining pieces. | | 9 | Makes 4 servings. |
