Ingredients:

SOMETHINS COOKIN IN THE MTNS
1 Chicken fryer, cut up
1/8 tspPepper
1 tspSalt
4 tbspSalad oil
2 smallOnions, diced
2 medOnions, chopped
2 tbspCurry powder
1 tbspCornstarch
1 1/2 cup-Water
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
Cooked rice
Procedures:
1Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; brown in salad oil and drain well.
2Saute onions and apples in oil until tender.
3Add curry powder, cornstarch, water, and bouillon cubes.
4Stir until cubes are dissolved.
5Add chicken.
6Cover and cook over low heat for 35 mins.
7Or until chicken is tender.
8Serve over rice.
