Ingredients:

| small | Onions, diced | | 2
| med | Onions, chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Curry powder | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1 1/2
| cup | -Water | | 2
| | Chicken bouillon cubes | | | Cooked rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; brown in salad oil and drain well. | | 2 | Saute onions and apples in oil until tender. | | 3 | Add curry powder, cornstarch, water, and bouillon cubes. | | 4 | Stir until cubes are dissolved. | | 5 | Add chicken. | | 6 | Cover and cook over low heat for 35 mins. | | 7 | Or until chicken is tender. | | 8 | Serve over rice. |
