Ingredients:
1 canCondensed cream of chicken
-soup, undiluted
1 cupMilk, divided
1/2 cupChopped onion
1 pack(3 oz) cream cheese
-softened
1/4 cupShredded carrots
1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese
1/2 tspSalt
3 cupCubed cooked chicken
1 pack(10 oz) frozen vegetables
-(any type), cooked, drained
1 Egg
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 cupButtermilk complete pancake
-mix
1 cup(4 oz) shredded sharp
-cheddar cheese
1/4 cupSliced almonds
Procedures:
1In a large saucepan, combine soup, ?cup of milk, onion, cream cheese, carrots, parmesan cheese and salt.
2Cook and stir until the mixture is hot and cream cheese is melted.
3Stir in the chicken and vegetables; heat through.
4Pour into an ungreased 2-qt.
5Baking dish.
6In a medium bowl, combine the egg, oil and remaining milk.
7Add the pancake mix and cheddar cheese; blend well.
8Spoon over hot chicken mixture.
9Sprinkle with almonds.
10Bake, uncovered, at 375f for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
