Chicken and cheese crescent chimichangas

Ingredients:
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
3 tbspOil
2 1/2 cupShredded cooked chicken
2 (8oz) cans refrigerated
-crescent dinner rolls
1/2 cupSalsa
2 cup(8oz) shredded Cheddar
-cheese
-sour cream
-salsa
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Grease large cookie sheet.
3In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender.
4Add chicken; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
5Remove from heat.
6Separate dough into 8 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
7Spread 2 tsp of the salsa on each rectangle to within ?inch of edge.
8Stir 1 cup of the cheese into chicken mixture.
9Spoon heaping 1/3 cup of chicken mixture onto half of each rectangle.
10Starting at shortest side of rectangle topped with chicken, roll up; firmly pinch ends to seal.
11Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet.
12Bake at 350f for 16-21 minutes or until golden brown.
13Remove from oven; top each with about 2 tbsp of remaining cheese.
14Return to oven.
15Bake an additional 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
16Serve with sour cream and additional salsa.
17Makes 8 sandwiches.
