Ingredients:
8 eachChicken breast halves
-cooked, deboned, skinned
-cut in large pieces
1 eachStick margarine/butter
-melted
16 ozPkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 cupDiced celery
1 cupChopped onion
Margarine for sauteing
-vegetables
1 eachCan cream of chicken soup
1 eachCan cream of celery soup or
-cream of mushroom soup
2 cupWater
2 tspChicken bouillon granules
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease 9x13 inch casserole dish.
3Put half of the dry stuffing mix into the casserole.
4Put the chicken on top of the dry stuffing mix in the casserole.
5Saute the celery and onion in a little margarine until tender.
6Mix the veggies with the other half of the dry stuffing mix.
7Melt the stick of margarine and toss it with this stuffing mixture.
8Place the mixture on top of the chicken.
9Heat the soup, water and bouillon until hot and well blended.
10Pour the soup mixture on top of the stuffing.
11Bake about 30 minutes or until hot and the stuffing is slightly browned on top.
