Chicken and ham in green paradise

Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken breasts halves
1/2 cupChicken broth
1/2 lbsCooked ham, diagonally
-sliced in 2 x 1 x ?
-strips
2 tspCornstarch
2 tbspLight corn syrup
2 tspSoy sauce
2 tspDry sherry
1 tbspCorn oil
2 cupBroccoli flowerets
1 Green onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tspMinced ginger root
Procedures:
1In a large skillet or wok, bring chicken and broth to boil over high heat.
2Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
3Turn off heat; let stand 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
4Remove chicken from broth; reserve 2/3 cup broth.
5Discard chicken bones and skin.
6Cut into 2 x 1" pieces.
7Arrange chicken and ham alternately on serving platter; keep warm.
8In small bowl, stir together cornstarch, reserved broth, corn syrup, soy sauce and sherry until smooth.
9In large skillet or wok, heat corn oil over medium high heat.
10Add broccoli; stir fry 2 minutes or until tender crisp.
11Remove.
12Arrange around chicken and ham on serving platter.
13Keep warm.
14Add green onion and ginger to skillet; stir fry 30 seconds.
15Stir cornstarch mixture; add to green onions and ginger.
16Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
17Spoon over chicken and ham.
18Makes 4 servings.
