Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken breasts halves | | 1/2
| cup | Chicken broth | | 1/2
| lbs | Cooked ham, diagonally | | | -sliced in 2 x 1 x ? | | | -strips | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 2
| tbsp | Light corn syrup | | 2
| tsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| tsp | Dry sherry | | 1
| tbsp | Corn oil | | 2
| cup | Broccoli flowerets | | 1
| | Green onion, thinly sliced | | 1/4
| tsp | Minced ginger root |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large skillet or wok, bring chicken and broth to boil over high heat. | | 2 | Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. | | 3 | Turn off heat; let stand 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. | | 4 | Remove chicken from broth; reserve 2/3 cup broth. | | 5 | Discard chicken bones and skin. | | 6 | Cut into 2 x 1" pieces. | | 7 | Arrange chicken and ham alternately on serving platter; keep warm. | | 8 | In small bowl, stir together cornstarch, reserved broth, corn syrup, soy sauce and sherry until smooth. | | 9 | In large skillet or wok, heat corn oil over medium high heat. | | 10 | Add broccoli; stir fry 2 minutes or until tender crisp. | | 11 | Remove. | | 12 | Arrange around chicken and ham on serving platter. | | 13 | Keep warm. | | 14 | Add green onion and ginger to skillet; stir fry 30 seconds. | | 15 | Stir cornstarch mixture; add to green onions and ginger. | | 16 | Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. | | 17 | Spoon over chicken and ham. | | 18 | Makes 4 servings. |
