| cup | SHORTENING | | 1
| tbsp | SHORTENING | | 3
| tbsp | WATER | | 1
| pack | SMALL INSTANT PUDDING | | 1
| cup | MILK | | 8
| oz | SOUR CREAM |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine flour and salt. | | 2 | Add shortening and mix until mixture resembles cornmeal. | | 3 | Add 2 to 3 tablespoons water so mix forms small pea shaped balls. | | 4 | Roll to a thickness of 1/8 inch. | | 5 | Place in pie plate and poke holes in bottom with a fork. | | 6 | Bake at 425 deg f. | | 7 | Until golden brown. | | 8 | Filling: mix pudding mix, sour cream, and milk at slow speed for 1 minute. | | 9 | Pour into baked pie shell |
