Ingredients:
Dry rub
1 tbspGarlic powder
1 tbspSeasoning salt
1 tbspCajun spice blend
1/4 cupBbq spice blend
Honey-mustard glaze
2 tspCornstarch
1/4 cupWater
1 1/2 cupHoney
1 tbspGarlic, minced
1/4 cupSoy sauce
1 Beef bouillon cube
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/3 cupDijon mustard
1 tspTabasco sauce
Procedures:
1Combine water and cornstarch and set aside.
2Bring honey to boil in 1 qrt pan .
3Cook until color deepens and has a nutty fragrance about 5 min. decrease heat to medium.
4Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
5Add cornstarch mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon cube.
6Simmer 5 min. stirring often.
7Remove from heat,and stir lemon juice, mustard and tabasco.
8Genty reheat before using.
