Festive honey-pecan chicken

Ingredients:
3/4 cupPlain dried bread crumbs
8 Thinly sliced chicken
-cutlets
1/4 cupFlour
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cupVegetable oil, divided
1 1/2 ozPecan halves
1 cupCanned chicken broth
1/2 cupHoney
2 tbspLemon juice
2 tspMinced fresh parsley
1 tspCornstarch
1/4 tspGrated orange peel
1/4 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
1 smallOrange, cut crosswise into
-thin slices
Procedures:
1On sheet of waxed paper or a paper plate, spread bread crumbs.
2Sprinkle cutlets evenly with flour.
3Dip each cutlet into beaten egg, then into crumbs.
4In 12" nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat; add half of the chicken and cook, turning once until lightly browned (3 to 4 minutes on each side).
5Place chicken on serving platter; keep warm.
6Repeat procedure using remaining oil and chicken cutlets.
7In same skillet, saute" pecans for 1 to 2 minutes.
8In bowl, combine remaining ingredients except orange slices.
9Add to pecans in skillet, stir constantly, bring to boil.
10Reduce heat, simmer until thick (4 to 5 minutes).
11To server, arrange orange slices with chicken.
12Top with pecan mixture.
