Procedures:
| 1 | Soak chicken in enough buttermilk to cover in the refrigerater for 1-?hours. | | 2 | Mix flour, salt, garlic powder and cayenne. | | 3 | Coat chicken in flour mixture and let sit for 20 minutes. | | 4 | Fry chicken a few pieces at a time, until crisp, golden , and cooked throughly. | | 5 | Drain to make the sauce: mix all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes. | | 6 | Pour over fried chicken. |
