Ingredients:

8 Pieces of chicken
Skinned or not
1 cupFlour
3/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
Oil for frying

For the sauce:
1 cupButter
1/2 cupHoney
1/2 cupChopped pecans that have
Been browned in a 325~ oven
For 5 minutes
Procedures:
1Soak chicken in enough buttermilk to cover in the refrigerater for 1-?hours.
2Mix flour, salt, garlic powder and cayenne.
3Coat chicken in flour mixture and let sit for 20 minutes.
4Fry chicken a few pieces at a time, until crisp, golden , and cooked throughly.
5Drain to make the sauce: mix all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes.
6Pour over fried chicken.
