| | Garlic clove, minced | | 2

| tbsp | Dry sherry or broth | | 4
| tbsp | Soy Sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Crushed Red Pepper | | | FINAL TOUCH | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 2
| tbsp | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 10 min. cooking time: 40 to 45 min. | | 2 | Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside. | | 3 | Trim pork chops of fat and saute in hot oil until brown on both sides. | | 4 | Pour sauce over chops. | | 5 | Cover tightly and simmer over low heat until chops are tender and cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes. | | 6 | Add a little water, (1 to 2 tb) if needed to keep sauce from cooking down too much. | | 7 | Turn once. | | 8 | Remove chops to platter. | | 9 | Stir in cornstarch dissolved in water. | | 10 | Cook until thickened. | | 11 | Pour over chops and serve. | | 12 | tips: boneless pork loin chops can be used. | | 13 | Trim fat and pound to ?inch thickness. | | 14 | Cooking takes only 20 minutes. | | 15 | original |
