14 1/2 ozCan chicken broth
1 tbspDry sherry
1/4 tspGround ginger
1 cupLoose-pack frozen mixed
-vegetables
1 cupCubed cooked chicken
Procedures:
1In a 1 ?qt. casserole combine chicken broth, sherry and ginger.
2Cook, covered on 100% power for 4-6 minutes or till boiling.
3Stir in vegetables and chicken.
4Cook, covered, on high 3-5 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is treated through, stirring once.makes 2 main dish servings.
